Hakuin Zenji 250 Years Semicentennial Memorial Service (Matsushima Zuiganji Temple)

The “Hakuin Statue” was enshrined during the Hakuin Zenji Semicentennial Memorial Service performed at Matsushima Zuiganji Temple.

At the serene Hakuin Zenji Semicentennial Memorial Service, I was bestowed the honor of offering the shoko (incense) as a representative of the attendees.
The Chief Abbot of Zuiganji Temple, Dogen Yoshida, complimented the Hakuin Zenji statue that I had made.
I am humbled.
